We got into the car and drove to Oban, in Scotland.  We had a really nice time together, and stayed in an apartment overlooking the Bay.  We went on a boat trip  to the Isle of Mull, and I even went on a bus.  I sat at the front, on my Mummy's knee, and could see everything in view out of the very big window.  The driver charged my Daddy half fare for me, even thought I am only tiny !  I decided then that I liked traveling a lot, and seeing new things, and meeting new people.  There was a  problem in Scotland though.  It appeared, as the days went by, that most of the places that we wanted to go for a meal would not let me in, even though I am very clean, and quiet, and have a bag and a feather cushion to sit in, they still said NO !  We were all very disappointed, but because we have heard of 'dog napping', my Mummy would not leave me alone in the car, so we had to eat in the lovely apartment most of the time.  Despite this, we had a super time, and some visitors came all the way from Glasgow for lunch one day, and admired the beautiful view out of the window..
As soon as we got back into England, things changed, and we were able to go into an hotel for a very nice lunch, and I met a friendly grey pussy cat who lived there.  I had met a cat before, as there is one called Purdie who lives quite near us. When she notices us out for a little walk, she sticks her tail up in the air, and trots over to say hello.  We sniff noses, and greet each other, and just walk around in circles, as we like each other so much.   I wish she would come to the house for tea one day.

My Daddy has a son called Timothy.  His real Mummy died when he was little, and then after a while, Daddy married my Mummy who brought Timothy up.  Timothy is now married to Louise, and I think of them as my human family.  They have two children, Elizabeth and William.  They come and stay with us, and I look forward to seeing them very much, and get very excited, waiting and watching out of the window until they arrive.  We also go to Warwickshire where they live, and I have been so many times now, that I know when I am almost there, and cannot wait to get in.  I used to do a little tiddle on the floor in the hall because I was so happy to be there and see them all, but I am trying not to do that now, as I am a bigger girl.

(Also, my Mummy stops the car before we arrive now, and I do one before we arrive, just in case !
He he !)
